Carmanah Projects includes a custom millwork division that was established in 1991. We provide custom architectural millwork and furniture for any residential or commercial needs. Our outstanding quality begins with only using the highest quality of materials and we have put focus into reducing our carbon footprint during the building process by becoming conversant with the latest green building materials and practises. We work closely with our clients throughout the design and fabricating process to achieve a one of a kind final product. Having everything control-built in our shop guarantees high quality workmanship at competitive prices. We can produce any custom design and are not restricted to standard sizes. We deliver final products with exacting dimensions no matter how complex the design criteria is. We also work with a wide range of both local and exotic woods so that our material offerings are expansive.

Carmanah Projects specializes in constructing modern design through new construction and renovations. We offer our own design consulting and advice to help get your project initiated. Once going, our team and network of top quality trade professionals ensure a smoothly run project. By using project management software that allows our clients to stay 100% informed through their own personal mobile app, we remove the stress and surprises often associated with building a home. We are with you every step of the way from initial concept to completion. Having our own millwork shop allows us to produce our own custom pieces of outstanding quality and workmanship. Being able to fabricate in-house gives us the ability to install high end custom architectural millwork into our homes at competitive prices.

We are a licensed builder under the Home Owner Protection Office with a 2-5-10 Warranty which includes:

2 year warranty on labour and materials

5 year building envelope warranty 

10 year structural defects warranty
